At Perfumology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your olfactory journey. If a fragrance doesn't resonate with you, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original designer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
