Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, every product sold at Perfumology is guaranteed 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and the perfume houses themselves to ensure you receive the genuine article.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the scent, store your bottles in a cool, dark, and dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in the bathroom as temperature fluctuations can break down the fragrance oils.
What is your return policy for opened fragrances?
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. We highly recommend purchasing a sample size before committing to a full bottle.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Please note that since perfume is classified as hazardous material (HAZMAT) due to alcohol content, it must be shipped via ground transportation.
What is the difference between EDP and EDT?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (usually 15-20%), resulting in a longer-lasting scent. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter and better suited for daytime wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids. We are working on expanding our reach in the future.
